Nelson Weiper has successfully undergone an operation on his knee. The Mainz 05 forward has been struggling with a recurring issue since the home match against Eintracht Frankfurt, and will be unavailable for selection for the time being.

Weiper has already returned to Mainz and started his rehabilitation programme.
