DFB-Pokal: Clash with Wehen Wiesbaden set for 16th August
Timings for 2024/25’s first competitive fixture confirmed
Thousands of 05ers will follow their team across the Rhine
The German Football Association announced the schedule for August’s DFB-Pokal first round fixtures on Thursday morning. 1. FSV Mainz 05’s opening-round match will see them travel to neighbours SV Wehen Wiesbaden on Friday, 16th August at 18:00 CEST.
The 2024/25 Bundesliga season is set to get underway the following weekend (23rd-25th August). The fixture list will be released by the German Football League in early July
