The 20-year-old was forced to leave Germany’s training camp on Wednesday prior to its end.
Brajan Gruda has made an early departure from Germany first team’s training camp after sustaining an injury to his calf.
With an extended summer break ahead of him and the other 05ers in international action, Mainz’s forward is scheduled to return to the Bruchweg and begin pre-season training along with the rest of the team if his recovery goes to plan.
